Apple to Unveil VR Headset on June 5

After about seven years of development, On June 5, Apple Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook will take the virtual stage at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference and try to do for mixed-reality headsets what his company has previously done for music players, smartphones, smartwatches and earbuds. He’ll show off a $3,000 mixed-reality headset that is expected to be named “Reality One.” Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has been following this for years and reports.
